Series of gravel road caches placed to honor and recognize Iowa State University. This one is now a small metal container. If you find any other container, it is not the cache. Please let me know of wet logs or other maintenance issues so I can make sure every one has a good caching experience.
Christian Petersen (1885–1961) was a Danish-born American sculptor and university teacher. He was the first permanent artist in residence at a U.S. college or university, and he is noted for the large body of sculpture associated with Iowa State College, now Iowa State University.
