When a new neighbor moves in down the block, you want to welcome them into the area. So here's a cache near a new resident of the northeast Sunnyvale industrial area. They are moving north from Cupertino, you may have heard of them or even used some of their well-known products. Give them a friendly wave when you see them at lunch, though it will be wise to keep your Samsung smartphone hidden.
This was supposed to be a puzzle cache and the container matches the theme of THAT idea, but instead it's a traditional. It's not a difficult hide so keep your imagination fenced in. It's also much easier with the trees on your side.
Update 3/21/2013 The renovation work on the building is finished so the cache is back in place. We tried to make the coordinates a little more accurate but the area is heavily shadowed. Thanks to Chrysalides for some additional input.
