Geocache Description:

No, not the wine. This is an unconventional container in a stone bridge.

Welcome to Washington Park, one of the oldest parks in Pasadena CA. Located at the corner of Washington Boulevard and El Molino Avenue, Washington Park was designed in the early 1920's by Landscape Designers Theodore Payne and Ralph Cornell on the site of a natural storm channel. Its physical charms are in its well-thought-out plan showcasing mature trees, river rock walls, benches, and the rustic bridge that spans its arroyo.

Park hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The size of the park is 5.5 acres. Park facilities include: two separate picnic areas; small parking lot accessible from Washington Blvd; two lighted tennis courts; one lighted basketball court; two one-wall handball courts; one small softball diamond; small open grass area surrounded by trees; children’s play area with equipment; restroom; and drinking fountains. This is a great place for kids and dogs, so bring the whole family - just make sure to keep them on a leash (the dogs that is, not the kids).

The cache is a well-camo'd micro container. Log only. BYOP. Due to overhead tree canopy, coords may be a little temperamental but should get you to within 10' of cache. TOTT may be needed to retrieve log. ENJOY!!

**GRATS TO TEAMYINYANG FOR FTF AND FOR CORRECTING THE HINT**
