Geocache Description:

WHO KNEW THERE WAS A SMALL CEMETERY IN THE KINGWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD? I know most people that live in this neighborhood do not! It's a little secret place then once you get in the fence, 'Oh wow'.

I did alittle research on this and found it interesting. This is the Abby Wooley Cemetery (An African-American Cemetery) approximately 38 grave sites. Abby Wooley also has a Alabaster park named after her, she was known for her outstanding leadership in the growth of the Alabaster area. If I tracked down the right A.Wooley, she lived from 1898 to 2001, lived to be 103 years old. Pretty amazing, thought people might enjoy finding this spot interesting and thought she deserved a cache too! Besides, there are no caches on the map in the Kingwood Neighborhood area! Very easy park & grab, should not have to disturb anything. We left the FTF a Geo-caching collectors marble and tattoo! BYOP Congrats to DrDFrid for the FTF!!Way to go~
