Geocache Description:

A simple, 2-step Multi to honor an early American hero.

I hope you enjoy this small but historic cemetery as much as I do.  Take your time and discover some of the old graves that have been here for nearly 200 years.

The coordinates will take you to the grave of a Revolutionary Soldier who settled near Alexanderville, Montgomery County, OH in 1806, where he engaged in farming, and at one time owned the land where West Carrollton now stands. He and his  wife both died in Miami Township and are are buried in this old Presbyterian Cemetery in Washington Township.

To get the coordinates to the final stage, answer the following questions while you are at his grave and observing the plaque at his grave site:

N39 38.ABC  W084 12.DEF

A = Number of letters in the first word  inside the circular emblem at the top of the plaque minus 9
B = Number of letters in the last word indise the circular emplem at the top of the plaque minus 10
C = Number of letters in his last name

D = The last digit if the year he was born
E = The third digit of the year he was born plus 1
F = The last number in the year of his death
