Along with this being the 2nd annual DGC event it will also be a part of the GeoMash Valley.
Disc Golf & Geocaching, those to things go hand-in-hand...at least we think so! Come out to Grove City Memorial Park on Saturday October 6, 2012 to share in the fun! We will be disc-golfing on the park's 9-hole course, as well as geocaching & catching up with fellow cachers! The event will start at 9AM and run until approximately 2PM....but you're welcome to stay as little or as long as you like! (well...until dark, because thats when the park closes). We will be using the Keystone Pavilion. We will have several temporary caches placed for the event, including a special puzzle cache for those who complete all 9-holes of the disc-golf course! We will have a table set up to discover, drop-off or trade trackable items, and even have some door prizes to give away! Also, Hot Dogs, buns, condiments & drinks will be provided...we ask that if you are able to, bring a pot-luck dish with you! Please post what you are planning on bringing, if anything! So check your calendars, make the date, October 6, 2012...9AM-2PM, come out and join us at the Keystone Pavilion at the Grove City Memorial Park for a fall day of geocaching, disc golf, food & fun!
