While doing maintainance on our Woodland Meets Meadow series we took a walk around the lake and decided that there was room for a couple more caches along the way.
According to the signpost along the trail this little lake is called Spring Lake. There is a nice loop trail starting and ending at the parking lot near the soccer fields. We remember caches being here before but they must have been archived. We thought this nice trail deserved a couple new caches so here they are. This cache is about 30-40 feet off the trail, a little bushwacking required right now but once the leaves are down it will be much easier to access. There is a small trail off the path that makes it easier to get to. No need to take container off the branch, take cover off and remove log and replace after signing in. Per newer logs, look like this may not be hanging anymore. Bring a pen. Please take the time to seal the ziploc bag holding the log, most of our maintenance on our caches is due to ziplocs not being sealed properly.
