LavaLizard: We reviewers typically operate under the assumption that adequate permission exists to place a cache unless circumstances suggest otherwise. As it appears that this cache was placed on without obtaining permission from the property owner or land manageris no longer in an area for which permission exists and there has been no attempt by the CO to address the issue, I am archiving this cache listing to remove it from cache searches.
