A lovely walk along the river will take you near the rock formation where this plastic almond jar is hidden.
All of this land along the Isinglass River is conservation land. There is a trail along the river, and several that cut the bend. The cache is in a broken rock layer sandwiched between two more solid rock layers. You will have to bushwhack a little at the end, and climb a little to the rock formation. Access from the north is from Greenhill Road. Park off Greenhill Road near Seavey Bridge and WALK up the dirt road to the trailhead on your right. It cuts through the stone wall and takes you back down to the river. Do not drive down and park on Seavey Bridge Road (called Berry Road on some maps). Access from the south is from Scruton Pond Road. There is roadside parking here. Look for the circle that is the trail marker leading you into the woods. The trail gets better as you get into the woods. Congratulations to PoirierNH for FTF.
