This is a super-easy cache located to be a simple park and grab or for anyone on foot. Located on Baltimore Avenue near my building which used to be named "The Keating Memorial Day Nursery". Great little cache for beginners. Small size, but there should be enough room for adding small swag.
I purchased this old, historic building near Downtown Cumberland, MD and have been remodeling it over the years. This neighborhood leads right to the Historic Downtown. After returning to geocaching after a few years, I was delighted to see that so many have been hidden in our area and wanted to contribute a nice and easy beginner cache that is easy to park and grab or if you are on foot can be an easy one on your way to the downtown area.
The cache size should be considered "small" and can have some smaller swag items added to it fairly easily. It is located on the corner of my property, so I can easily and quickly maintain the cache. If you notice any problems, log it right away and I will fix promptly. I included a pen in case you forgot something to write with!
