Description of location:
Novi Sad raid in 1942. was a genocidal attack against innocent civilians (mostly Serbs, Jewish and Roma ethnicity), which were rounded up and killed by the Hungarian troops. Victims were taken to the bank of the Danube. Hungarian forces then broke the ice and they threw them under the ice of the frozen river. Thousands of innocent civilians were killed. The massacre is considered one of the most notable war crimes during the occupation of Serbia. Today, in this place there is a monument to victims of the Novi Sad raid as a remembrance and tribute to the victims.
Way of coming to the site:
The place where is the cache can be reached on foot or bicycles. Also if you arrive by car, there is parking.
Detailed description of the cache and how to find it:
Cache is micro capsule which is located in the hole in the wall on the Danube side of the wall. Keep in mind that the place is very urban.
Watch out for thieves, the first cache was gone.
Bring a pen.

Новосадска рација из 1942. године, је била геноцид над недужним цивилима (углавном над Србима, Јеврејима и Ромима), који су окупљени и убијени од стране мађарских војника. Жртве су доведене на обалу Дунава где су их мађарски војници бацали под лед залеђеног Дунава. Више хиљада недужних цивила је убијено. Новосадска рација се сматра за један од највећих ратних злочина почињених у Србији током Другог светског рата. Данас на овом месту постоји спомених жртвама рације у знак сећања и постовања на жртве.
