Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Martinsburg Bike Trail - home to nearly 50 caches of all different sizes and types. You will find this isn't your typical cache trail. Great care and thought has went into placing some unique cache containers as well as what promises to be some memorable caches experiences. We promise you, you won't find any GRC's or LPC's on this trail.

To keep you coming back, we are replacing some of our older caches with new ones like this one - "BT - Moo". This spot is near the old Bike Trail #11 .

We hope that by placing some new caches you come back and visit us again.
Grab your bike or walking shoes to access this series of caches along the WV 9 bike trail.  The entire bike trail is 10.5 miles, with over 50 caches along the trail. There are some hills but they are gentle and rolling.

This series of caches is located on the  bike path and is adjacent to the new and improved WV 9.

Parking to this cache can be accessed by turning off Route 9 onto the Opequon Connector Road.  There is parking for 1-2 cars at the bike intersection.

There is also parking at the intersection of the new Rt. 9 and Short Road.

An easy cache in a traditional place!

Don't leave the trail without stopping at my personal favorite , Gadget Cache  (GC333J2)  A very unique multi cache, right next to the trail, with parking for your bike or your car.   A fun and very unique cache.
