Enjoy a day along the bike trail and find some caches as you go. I made this bridge hide fairly easy compared to some of my other ones and if you do it right there should be no need to go under the bridge to find this one. I enjoy biking and snowmobiling along this section as there is such a variety of things to watch as you go along here, so as you go along take time to relax and enjoy the changing scenery.
I've slowly been placing caches along the LaCrosse River Trail in the hopes of making the link to the Great River Trail and with this cache there is a nice string of caches along the trail between Bangor and Onalaska placed both by myself and other local cachers. As you are checking the scenery out you will be every so often disturbed by trains, just like wildlife they too have different elements to them that can be interesting.
