Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden around one of Kanazawa curry shop.

Kanazawa is famous of delicious historical foods - both fresh seafood fished at the sea of Kanazawa, and elegant & excellent processed food came from the capital (Kyoto). But also Kanazawa people is progressive, and recently, many original style Japanese junk foods are known as Kanazawa special dishes.

Kanazawa curry is becoming famous these 20 years. The property is, rather black curry sauce covering whole rice, served in metal dish, and many people like to eat with Katsu (cutlet). There're several possible origins, one of them is that the origin is the shop around the GZ.

The cache container is PET bottle cap.

キャッシュは、とある金沢カレー屋の付近に隠しています。

金沢は伝統料理で有名です。金沢沖で獲れる新鮮な海の幸に代表される料理と、都で発達した加工食品を用いたエレガントな料理の双方が混在しています。しかし金沢のひとの気質は先進的であり、最近でも多数の日本的ジャンクフードが金沢の特徴的な料理として発達してきています。

金沢カレーが注目されだしたのはここ20年くらいでしょうか。特徴は黒めの、そしてごはんを覆うようにかけられたルー、金属製の食器で提供されること、多くの愛好者はカツを載せることを好むこと、などです。発祥には諸説ありますが、GZ近くの店が発祥だという説もあります。
