This requires great stealth.
While caching in the area, we found there is a definite lack of caches in the Village of Dundee area. So, here we are.
Anyway, to get this one will require a degree of stealth. This area is populated and a source of foot traffic due to the main street area nearby and the parking lot for the Village Hall, Fire Department and the Police there also.
Try not to be seen looking suspicious. Also, the people in the yellow house there will not give you any hints, so don't even bother.
