You'll have to walk down a trail about 30-45 minutes on way. It's pretty steep and very hot. MAKE SURE YOU BRING WATER! But, once you get down there, the view is even more amazing than the lookout, and if you turn right at the bottom of the trail, where the beach starts and walk for a bit, there's a nice little tide pool to cool off in.
The cache in this lovely area down past the beach. To get to the beach, you'll have to walk a trail about 30-45 minutes long, with steep areas. It's always hot in Saipan, so make sure to BRING WATER. There's also not that much shade down there, so you may need a hat, sunblock, and sunglasses. But if you can find it, the tidepool is an amzing place to spend some time to cool off.
