Geocache Description:

This place likes the color "green". My name has changed several times. I see people come and go several times during the day. Tornados fear me because I alert everyone of its presence. I can also sit a spell and watch the world around me. The bus often visits dropping and picking up visitors. From time to time I see runners and parades which makes me very busy. You will have to look around to find my mini self.
