Access to the cache could be from a couple of starting points including the Helderberg nature reserve, Helderberg collage grounds or Klein Helderberg Farm. The easiest route is probably from the nature reserve up to Disa Gorge where you can find the cache “time for tea”. Follow the steep zig zag trail up to the saddle and follow the path to your right around the back of the mountain. The path is easy to follow al the way to the top.
In the dry season your last water point will be Disa Gorge so be sure to fill up.The cache should be easy to find under the large rock that the beacon is on. It is a brown cylinder container. Please be sure to hide it properly again, as the previous cache placed up here”No guts No glory” disappeared a couple of times.There is a small entry fee to be paid when entering from the Helderberg nature reserve.
