Geocache Description:

Seven Hundred FiftyFifth in the Famous People (FP) Series - Rocket J. Squirrel

***Posted coordinates are for Parking and Puzzle Calculation***

Rocky shared a house with Bullwinkle, in the small town of Frostbite Falls, Minnesota, a parody of the real-life American town of International Falls, Minnesota. Rocky and Bullwinkle would often have various adventures that usually saw them thwart the various schemes of the series' villains, Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale (and also occasionally Boris and Natasha's superior, Fearless Leader).

Rocky often made extensive use of his ability to fly, which was presented with, appropriate to his full name, a jet engine sound effect. The original opening title of Rocky and His Friends introduces Rocky as "that Jet Age aerial ace", complete with Rocky performing a solo air show for a crowd of spectators.

Highly recommend using the parking coordinates and walking over to GZ about a quarter mile away. There are other ways to get there, some of which involve a curb jump that will take you very close and/or parking on the service road and taking your chances. Also you might be able to drive down the rails-to-trails segment nearby and clammer down from that. Seems like using the parking coordinates would be the easiest though. Do the math on the parking coordinates no matter which way you choose.
