Geocache Description:

A breakfast meet to celebrate International Earth Cache Day - 14th October

Breakfast is available from 8am. Please log your will attend as soon as possible so we can advise the venue how many to expect for breakfast.

This is a no frills event, the aim of which is to enjoy some caching company and some breakfast on International Earthcaching Day.

When: Sunday 14th October from 08:00 until 09:30

Where: Next to the war memorial in Burnham on Crouch and therefore appropriately near "the cabin" or even in "the cabin" from 08:00 for food or if wet.

Why: To grab breakfast before heading off on an interesting walk in good company and to hopefully log an earth cache find, should you so wish, after the event.

Who: For anyone who wants to join us for the walk to Hutchyweb's nearby earth cache 'What! Cliffs in Essex?' (approx 2 miles walk each way), and for all other cachers who just want to grab breakfast while chatting about caching.

Meet for breakfast from 8am and be at the war memorial from 9.15 am as we'll be heading off at 9.30am

Please note the attributes here apply to the breakfast location. There are kissing gates and stiles on the walk which means the route to the earth cache won't be suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. The first part of the walk (as far as the marina) is suitable for buggies and wheelchairs and there are some traditional caches to be found along this stretch.

Please indicate in your will attend log if you will be coming for breakfast and allow plenty of time to order and eat as the venue is quite small so if everyone turns up at once half an hour before we leave you might not get your breakfast in time! You are welcome to attend for a coffee or just a chat.
