Upon arrival climb the stairs in the tower. From this location there is a good view of the various industries along the shoreline of the Providence River. While in the tower you will be searching for a camouflaged container that should blend in well with its location. Be sure to bring a pen.
This park had been closed for a few years due to nearby construction of I-195 and the sinking of a Russian submarine. There are many good views from this vantage point that should make this a worthwhile visit.
