An easy PnG on the shoulder of Encinal Cyn Rd. It's a log-only cache, BYOP.
One late afternoon, I was on my way up to Charmlee Wilderness Park for a bike-n-hunt. I stopped here to catch the view. Someone may have some future plans for something here, so currently the spot is behind bars. You are looking for a bison tube, typically hidden, using the available structure as a cache host. The container or (hint) attachment device is not visible. Upon discovery, please remove container safely & carefully from it's hiding spot. Please do the same when returning & it's important to NOT put it's holder back too snug. Have one edge up with a gap of at least 1 centimeter.
And while you're the cache site, enjoy the view of the coast looking down to Point Dume.
