Geocache Description:

Congratulations to Mr.S. on the FTF! This cache is near a very promenent water tower in beautiful Troy, New York. Parking is a little tough here, so please be careful of traffic and the muggles across the street. I rated the terrain higher because of the faily steep hill to get to the cache. Also there is a lot of lose shale in the area, so watch your step.
