I recently spent in excess of $300 on your GPSr Pathfinder #1250. This model sells for 20% more than competitive products so I expected it to work perfectly. Unfortunately it does not. (I am very unhappy that I spent that extra $50, a 20% premium, yet did not receive satisfaction.)
My specific problem, & there may be others, is that when I enter any waypoint names, the GPSr randomly inserts an *, instead of an alphanumeric! (Why an *?) And on other occasions, it inserts a ^. It makes no sense to me.
I expected to enjoy my new GPSr, but it hasn’t turned out that way. If your support staff can’t fix the problem, I will be returning the merchandise to you.
