Should be a easy park and grab , you should never leave the flat paved area to do this cache. There is free parking for one car across the street from this cache (not inside the park) or park free in the parking area inside the park during normal hours.
Harold Moore Park has been cleaned up and is being used for socker and basket ball and walking. The water rescue area and boat launch are clear of flood debris. People come here to eat lunch in their cars and walk.
