Geocache Description:

Good place to stop and stretch your legs and take the dog for a walk. Parking right in front of the littel park. Very nice viewing platform with benches.

Westport is one of the many tinny old logging towns alon the North coast. There is a little store/delli where you can get a cold drink and a snak. Also if you are hungry the Westport hotel has great food and nice people. Saturday during the summer they have a very nice Hight Tee at 3:00pm and Sunday a great brunch.

As you walk towards the ocean look to your left (south) and you will see a small wooden bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the path past the stair way that goes to a beautiful beach.
