I pass here all the time, I thought it needed a cache........Here you go.
Is it in Illinois or Missouri ? I will let you be the judge of that. A little bitty magnetic on the bridge about half way here, half way there. We parked on the Illinois side when we placed this, near the Salute to Steel sculpture. Grab Team States cache and go for a stroll, or a bike ride, or Rollerblades like we did.
Enjoy the hunt, but please don't drop this guy in the river.
