Shelly Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the Central Coast both for tourists searching for a patrolled beach and surfers looking for a decent break. The cache is located between the two car parks located at the northern and southern ends of the beach; with the southern featuring a surf club and cafe. I suggest setting out from there.
The cache lies in a valley between the front sand dunes that face the beach, and those towards the back covered in bushland. For those worried about nasties hiding in the bushes, I've ran around and through here since I can remember walking and have never been injured but discretion is advised. The cache is a 2L Sistema container with enough room for swaps. Good luck!
