Geocache Description:

In Edo period, this place was a big swamp.

This place was reclaimed by the surplus soil when Yodobashi water purification plant was made.

There are many muggles at all time.
Please take great care about the surrounding eye when you search the cache.

今では東京で最も有名な(?)繁華街、新宿歌舞伎町は江戸時代には大きな沼だったそうです。
その名残で弁財天がこの場所に残っています。
淀橋浄水場が出来る際の残土で沼は埋められました。

靖国通りから歌舞伎町の中心の方を見ると下り坂になっているのがその名残だそうです。
平日昼間は目の前の果物やによる障害物があり、敷地に入るのは大変かもしれません。
夜は夜で場所がら辿り着くのに苦労するかもしれません。誘惑に負けないよう注意してください。
