Geocache Description:

In 1926 The Guyan Valley High School was built. This, is where I graduated and is one of the most important places in my life. In Spring of 2005, a name was called that no one wanted to hear. The last person to ever graduate from Guyan Valley High. Due to the consolidation of our counties 4 highschools, creating Lincoln County High, GV is now a middle school.

CONGRATS!!!!! SearchingWV for FTF!!!! This cache is placed with permission by the principal. The purpose is to get folks to just take a look at the beauty of this place. It will be best that you drop in after school hours. Please park in the front parking lot feel free to walk around campus. The cache is actually in the back of the school. There is access by a nice paved road, but hey, this is Geocaching. Take a little walk. Also, this is #1 in a series of 3. #2 and #3 will give a little bit of history that I find pretty interesting.
