Come out and celebrate Thanksgiving caching style. Meet at the Bedford VFW (343 Northfield Road, Bedford, Ohio) at 3:00 pm to participate in the "Pilgrim's Progress Treasure Hunt" - a fun caching adventure that will take you in and around the Bedford area and eventually lead you back to the VFW hall for a potluck style Thanksgiving dinner and some fun and games. We (the Grossmyers) will provide the turkey and the ham if you will all help out and bring the side dishes and desserts. As always, beverages will be available for purchase at the VFW hall.
Some notes:
*Turkeys of all ages are welcome to attend.
*Please park in the parking lot on Forbes Road directly across the street from the hall.
*When you decide what you are bringing for the potluck, please make a note in your "will attend log" - we don't want to end up with 1000 lbs of mashed potatoes and no gravy :)
*Please make sure to put an actual head count in your "will attend" log. We need this number to ensure we have enough turkey and ham.
*We will have food warmers available to keep your dishes warm while you are out on the geocache hunt.
*If you prefer not to cook or bake and would rather donate funds toward the meal, please let me know.
