Geocache Description:

This former boat landing for McDill Pond is less accessable after the recent draining of the pond to repair the dam.
This pond was originally created when the dam was constructed in 1853 for logging purposes.
There is a small park below the dam that serves an abundance of waterfowl and an osprey nest near the northern tip of this urban pond.

Wear good shoes, you may need to do some climbing.

The cache is a medium sized coffee can covered in camo tape.
