you will have to cross the creek to this old picnic area in lynches woods. but check out the rock work for this old spring. my family tried to clean up this area a year ago. but with the city not letting us maintain this area it is quickly returning to nature. but such a great area to picnic still. lynches woods is a great place for family time. hiking or bicycling. there is even trails for horse riding through this woods. with plenty of wild life to watch . the palmetto trail runs somewhere through this woods too. enjoy your time here. and please pack out what you pack in. and you can never go wrong with C.I.T.O. keep america clean.
