Located on the Dry Creek Loop Track, Belmont Regional Park. A pleasant stroll with great views.
Listen for the wind whistling in the pylon wires on windy days.
Whilst completing the Dry Creek Loop, we thought we might put out another couple of caches to encourage cachers out for a walk.
Park in the carpark at the Dry Creek entrance to Belmont Regional Park. A signboard has estimates of times and a map. Please ensure you take some extra clothing and a windproof jacket along, plus some food and drink. Footwear could be anything with reasonably good grip suitable for bush walking.
Track surfaces range from 4WD, metal, clay, to easy bush tracks. Track times are estimated at 3 hrs, but could be closer to 2 depending on how long you spend finding the caches, admiring the views and stopping for snacks.
