Just travel there and taste the history of this beautiful place. The spoiler and photo attached speak enough :). The place its at middle of a track from parking point to Rosiile Lake and Parangu Mare Peak. To reach the point you must follow the red on white circle track sign. Estimate hiking time about 1:30 h.
Please follow the etic and care recomandations to acces this place, never hike alone and be loudy...there's some bears around :)
