Cache is a small cylinder big enough to only contain an FTF pin and a log. Bring your own pencil.
This site was once the location of the local Rodeo Grounds. The area is now used by cross-country skiers, cyclists and hikers. A summer Music Festival is often held in the large open area. You can use the parking lot at the Golf Clubhouse, and walk the final km on a well gravelled road, or drive approximately 1 km to the gate and park there - except in winter when skis are needed for the final km. There is a hill with a great view along the way! The cache will be available all year long. NOTE: If the main gate to the Mackenzie Golf Club is locked, you will have to park and walk about an extra 1/2 km. Snow could be deep in the winter, but the cache is accessible on skis and on foot.
