You're looking for a small lock-n-lock. Several swampy areas to cross. Wear boots and use bug spray in the summer. Wear orange during hunting season. Please park at posted coordinates and not along the edge of the road. If the gate is closed, you can park at the gate and walk in but don't block the gate.
Another cache placed in what I feel is a nice spot to view the Union City Reservoir. If the gate to the reservoir is closed, your walk will be longer. There is an intermittent trail to follow but the woods are pretty open.
The posted hours for the park are daily from dawn or 7:00am until dusk or 9:00pm, May 1 - October 15. There is plenty of parking available.
It can also be accessed during those hours during the off season but the gate is closed. Parking is available at the gate but please do not block it. The Union City Municipal Authority uses the road year round.
