This cache IS at the posted coordinates. You don't have to solve a puzzle first. There is no ciphers to decrypt here, no mathematical equations, or even backwards German to work through. All you need to do is take a short hike and find a tethered preform! You can do it!!
Most of the hike won't be bad at all, and will take you past some possibly familar territory. You may even see what's left of the "Pipe Tree."
But getting your name on the log may prove a little difficult, so just be careful and have fun!
