Note: Cache Has Been Lost Since several have reported DNF, we went to check on it and it is no longer in place. We fear it has been muggled. We will replace it in the next few weeks and update the site when we get that done...

Note: Cache Has Been Lost Since several have reported DNF, we went to check on it and it is no longer in place. We fear it has been muggled. We will replace it in the next few weeks and update the site when we get that done... Scout It Out is a traditional container containing a log, a camera, and trade goods.  It is located near an easy trail in the Camp Salmen Nature Park in Slidell, LA.   You may encounter stickers, poison ivy, mosquitoes, and ants so be prepared.  Please log your visit (if you are a scouting unit, please include your unit information) and take a picture of your group for us to develop and post later.  We hope you enjoy this find as much as we have enjoyed placing it for you.

Hours: Wednesday - Sunday * March - October 9AM -7PM * November - February 9AM - 5PM
