I was in this park with my son trying to find a cache, and when I looked at the car, there was just enough room to squeeze this one in. It's right at the entrance to the park, so this is a park and grab if you want it to be. Or, it could be the start of a great geocaching adventure, as there are some caches up the hill behind the park. I prefer to think of this cache as an appetizer. 
This is a micro, and has a log only. Please bring your own writing utensil. Check out the 3,109 sign, as it has interesting information about the park's use of recycled tires. The cache is nearby. I think the coordinates are accurate, although Google Maps thinks the cache is on the sidewalk. It's nearby.
Please be stealthy, as there are neighbors across the street, and please replace it as found or better.
Enjoy the park! It's huge, and there is a lot of opportunity to get some exercise.
