This is the 2nd cache in a series of caches dedicated to the novel series, Song of Ice and Fire written by George RR Martin, and made popular by The Game of Thrones as seen on HBO. The Tower of the Hand is a tower of the Red Keep in Kings Landing that serves as the residence of the Hand of the king. The Hand is powerful man who speaks with the king's voice and wields his authority when the king is absent. It is said 'What the king dreams, the Hand builds.'
This cache is located in the Oxbow Eco-Center of St Lucie County. The Oxbows mission is to foster an awareness and appreciation of the natural world. This is a 225 acre preserve on the North Fork of the St. Lucie River that offers multiple naturally scenic hiking trails, of varying degrees of difficulty. This cache is a camouflaged pill fob. Though not befitting to be the residence of the likes of Eddard Stark, Jon Arryn, or Tywin Lannister, this is one of only a few elevated structures in the Oxbow Eco-Center.
