Welcome to Echo Bay (worth repeating)!
We're from SSM in the cold north of Ontario and we travel to and from southern Ontario fairly often. While we're driving, we usually stop in a few different towns along the highway for gas or treats or bathroom breaks, so we figured we'd hide a cache in each of these areas near the welcome signs or the signs stating the name and the population.
This container is a cammo'd peanut butter jar full of tradeable items (hopefully). If you are heading away from SSM, you can pull off the highway on the right side, onto the wide shoulder to park. Take care to make sure you are well off the road. When you are finished with this one and if you are travelling south, you can pick up a few more in St. Joe's turnoff, Desbarats, Bruce Mines, near the Elliot lake turnoff, Blind River and Espanola as well. This one is likely not winter friendly - unless there's only a little bit of snow...
Happy caching!
