Well there is no mailbox here now but when I grew up just east of this corner our mailbox was here. Back then the road was not graded or graveled. Rain and snow made it impassable. We parked the car at a neighbor's, drove tractor and wagon through the field, climbed the fence, and we were off to church or grandmas. The corner has changed but the memories remain.
