Geocache Description:

The cache is a standard type cache with a simple log sheet to sign.  When you are at GZ, make sure to try and geet a peek at the beautiful estate you can see through the trees.  This is a very pretty area but be careful of pricker bushes and old barb wire in the wooded area - I saw a little bit of that while placing the cache. Bring your own pen.

This cache is named in honor of all the houses that were never built in what could have been a glorious subdivision. They destroyed a beautiful farm, parceled out lots for single homes and then overpriced the lots. Most of the available lots in this development remain just that - lots with big price tags.
