The posted coordinates bring you to a place where lots of celebrations take place. It's special to me because it's where I got married.  I've also had the pleasure of celebrating family reunions and*anniversaries*here.
 
I hope you have your own little celebration upon finding this cache, but first you'll need to figure out where it is! Figure out the missing digits with the following information:
