Geocache Description:


This is special cache in a special place that I hope you take the time to learn more about for continuing education and awareness.
Please park in front of the OWC gates if they are closed. This is a nice large turnaround, but be VERY careful when pulling in, and then back onto Dublin Road; it is a passing zone going North (at the top of a hilly curve) on a 45-50 mph road. Typically not a super-busy road, just fast when there is traffic.
As always, be sure to place him, I mean the cache, back safely for the next cacher, CITO, & Happy Caching! = ) Cache is outside the gates.
