"LAST CALL FOR CORBIN AIRWAYS FLIGHT 700 TO SAN FRANCISCO!"

Caching here recently, I was plesaantly surprised to discover this spot of land is used for R/C model airplane enthusiasts.  I had the pleasure of talking to one pilot as he showed me his plane that he had designed.

Easy to find cache.
