MN state parks have granted permission for placement of this geo cache. Geocachers will be looking for an ammo box near to a level trail. No climbing or trail blazing is required. Parking is within a half mile of the geocache.
This family friendly cache can be reached all year long and is located within ten feet of the Maple Ridge Trail in order to minimize distruption of this beautiful forest. Forestville State Park is home to an 1800's village, many miles of hiking trails, and wonderful trout fishing. You will need to purchase a park sticker to enjoy this park. A favorite destination for Equestrians, you are likely to see horseback riders during your visit. This large ammo box cache should be easy to locate and has plenty of space for larger trade items. Please trade for equal or greater value.
