Geocache Description:

Mary & Tom Eagle55 are two fine people who have contributed significantly to the geocaching community. As of October 2012 they had more than 7,000 finds, had placed more than 100 caches and that includes 8 events which they've hosted.

I've had the great pleasure of caching with them and attended a number of the events they've hosted. Their easy paced friendly approach to the game makes them a pleasure to be around.

Mary & Tom have placed a number of caches up trees, in fact they had a cache up the very tree you'll find at these coordinates. That cache went missing a couple of times and got archived before I could find it, but not until after I had the pleasure of logging a DNF. I had so much fun trying to find this cache that when it got archived I decided to give a go at placing a cache here myself.
