JAMandF: Having to Archive some Lavenham caches after adopting them a year ago, The East walk has become more and more difficult to maintain with certain footpath diversions and lots of farm work going on. So I have reluctantly decided to Archive all but two of the route. The Church and Market Square will live on.

#9 East Lavenham Walk

About East Lavenham Walk

The East Lavenham walk is approximately 6.5 miles long and takes in the countryside around the historic village of Lavenham and Village of Preston St Mary. There is ample free parking as per waypoint close to the church(But this will be busy during peak Summer periods due to tourism). The walk starts at the Church and soon finds it way into the countryside and also takes in the village of Preston St Mary and the lovely countryside surrounding it. Hope you enjoy this walk which was originally placed by Barbycats in 2011 from which we adopted them all in September 2020 and added a few extras to the route. Hope you enjoy the fantastic views and enjoy the countryside.
